Why a paper inquiry form is the wrong tool for a live competition.

Three problems repeat at every event. We've seen them. So have you.

01

Paper gets lost.

Carbon-copy forms travel between table and bench, get smudged, misfiled, or filed too late to be useful.

02

The clock is the enemy.

Inquiry windows are measured in seconds. Anything that adds friction — finding a pen, deciphering handwriting — costs you the right to make a case.

03

Nobody knows what just happened.

Once the decision is made on the bench, it takes minutes to ripple to the announcer and the coach. The arena is left guessing.

How it works

Three connected views, one source of truth.

Each role gets exactly the screen they need — nothing more. Updates flow between them in real time.

Inquiry Officer
Reception desk
01

The coach signs at the table.

Coach picks the request type, fills the form, signs on screen. Officer confirms identity and that the submission is within deadlines. Timestamped to the second.

Features

Everything an inquiry needs to run cleanly.

Built specifically for the way gymnastics competitions actually work — not for office workflows that pretend to fit.

Real-time updates

Pocket-base subscriptions push every status change to every connected screen in under a second.

On-screen signatures

Coach, officer, and delegate sign directly on the touchscreen — no pens, no smudges, no scanning later.

Auto-generated PDFs

The moment the delegate submits a decision, a fully-formatted PDF is generated, attached to the record, and ready to print.

Per-event PIN access

Each event gets three short PINs — officer, delegate, announcer. Share the link, share the PIN. Rotate the PIN to revoke.

Multi-event from one login

Run a regional, a national, and an open meet — all from the same owner account. Each event keeps its own data and theme.

Your colours, your event

Pick a primary colour per event. It shows up in buttons, accents, and the generated PDF — so each competition feels like itself.

Built for gymnastics

By the team that already runs the scoring software you know.

Inquiry is part of Elevien — the same crew building real-time scoring, judging and presentation tools for federations, clubs, and competition organisers worldwide. We know the rulebook, the room, and the people in it.

  • FIG-style D-Score, Revision (T/L/B), and combined inquiries supported out of the box.
  • MAG and WAG apparatus lists, NF country codes, and competition phases preloaded.
  • Works for any organiser — local clubs, regional bodies, national federations, event producers.
  • Designed for tablet and touchscreen-first use at the reception desk.
  • Hosted on infrastructure you control — your data stays your data.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

Do coaches need accounts?
No. Coaches sign on the officer's laptop at the reception desk. Officers, delegates, and announcers each have a PIN per event — that's it.
What about the inquiry deadlines from the Code of Points?
Officers tick a yes/no for ‘within deadlines’ at the moment of receipt. The exact submission time is captured automatically and printed on the final PDF.
Can the announcer see decisions as they happen?
Yes. The announcer view is read-only and updates in real time. New inquiries appear with a quiet chime, decisions arrive with the final score ready to read.
What happens to the data after a competition?
Past events automatically move to a ‘Past’ section in your dashboard. Inquiry records and signed PDFs remain available as long as you have an account.
Can we customise the look for our event?
Yes — choose a primary colour per event. It runs through the helper UIs, badges, and the generated PDF accent. We can do deeper custom theming on request.
What can I do during the 7-day trial?
Explore the product — set up a sandbox event, walk through the officer, delegate, and announcer views, generate sample PDFs. The trial is for evaluation, not for running a live competition. When you're ready for a real meet, reach out and we'll get you on a paid plan.
Is this only for national federations?
No. Anyone organising a gymnastics competition can use it — clubs running invitationals, regional and state bodies, national federations, university programs, and event production companies. The workflow is the same; the pricing fits your scope.
Where is the data stored?
On our managed infrastructure during the trial and standard plans. For organisations running multiple meets, we can also discuss self-hosting on infrastructure you control.
